How do I book a service?

Please make an account (new or existing) here and input the necessary information. Choose the dates and which service you’re looking for, and await confirmation!

Why can’t I book a specific time?

There are 4 designated time windows due to a frequently shifting schedule as clients sometimes need to reschedule, as well as uncontrollable factors throughout any given day. Therefore, specific times are not guaranteed. However, if there is a preference on a specific time within a given time window, please note it on your client profile and Adelle’s Pet Services will do its very best to accommodate!

Can I make changes in the middle of a booking?

Absolutely! You can login to your account and modify your booking as needed, which will then send a request to Adelle’s Pet Services to confirm the necessary changes. You will not be charged for modifications that include changes to the time window.

What is the payment process?

A valid credit/debit card or bank account is required on your client profile prior to any booking. The payment method on file will be charged the day of your first scheduled visit, but you are welcome to pay in advance. Any additional charges or credits throughout the booking will be applied at the end. A credit will be applied to all eligible cancellations. Though, a refund can be issued if a credit is not preferred.

What is the cancellation policy?

For all non-holiday bookings: 100% of the rate will be charged for cancellations within 12 hours, 50% of the rate will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours for visits and walks. 100% of the rate will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours, 50% of the rate will be charged for cancellations within 72 hours for sitting and boarding.

For all holiday bookings: 100% of the rate will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours, 50% of the rate will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours for visits and walks. 100% of the rate will be charged for cancellations within 4 days, 50% of the rate will be charged for cancellations within 7 days for sitting and boarding.

All cancellations must be made through the client portal to be effective.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

Yes! Last minute bookings will require flexibility as there may be little wiggle room for specific requests. In addition, there is no added fee for last minute bookings; however, the 12-hour cancellation policy will still be in effect.

How do I manage visit updates?

You will automatically receive visit updates when booking services. If you prefer not to receive these updates, you can opt out by disabling text notifications in your client portal settings. Please note, this will only stop text messages for arrival notifications, pictures, and report cards. You will still be able to message your sitter directly, even if you opt out of text notifications.

What are the holiday rates?

Holiday rates are an additional $5 per visit or walk and $20 per sitting or night of boarding. From Dec 20 - Jan 3, these rates will apply for the entire holiday period.

What is the Consistent Companion Club?

The Consistent Companion Club is a loyalty program for regular clients who book a consistent or semi-consistent schedule every week (e.g. every Mon-Fri, Mon/Wed/Fri, Tue/Thu, etc.). These clients enjoy priority booking and are exempt from holiday fees and the non-holiday 24-hour cancellation policy. (This program excludes daycare and boarding).
