General Policies

  1. Virtual or in-person meets are required prior to first-time bookings.

  2. All pets must be vaccinated in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Proof of current vaccinations, including rabies, may be required before services are provided.

  3. If the sitter is unable to access residence for more than half of the allotted time (primary reasons include unavailable front desk, client not answering, etc.), the visit will be cancelled and charged in full.

  4. If the sitter is in route or has already arrived and is no longer needed or the pet is not there, visit will be charged in full.

  5. Visits start when the sitter enters the house or building.

Cancellation Policies

  1. Cancellations must be made through your client portal in order to be effective.

  2. For non-holiday bookings:

    Visits/Walks:

    100% rate for cancellations within 12 hours.

    50% rate for cancellations within 24 hours.

    Sitting/Boarding:

    100% rate for cancellations within 48 hours.

    50% rate for cancellations within 72 hours.

  3. For holiday bookings:

    Visits/Walks:

    100% rate for cancellations within 24 hours.

    50% rate for cancellations within 48 hours.

    Sitting/Boarding:

    100% rate for cancellations within 4 days.

    50% rate for cancellations within 7 days.

    Easter

    Mother’s Day

    Memorial Day

    Father’s Day

    Independence Day

    Labor Day

    Halloween

    Thanksgiving Day

    Holiday period Dec 20-Jan 3 includes:

    Christmas Eve

    Christmas Day

    New Year’s Eve

    New Year’s Day

Payment Policies

  1. The payment method on file will be charged the day of your first scheduled visit, but you are welcome to pay in advance.

  2. Any additional charges or credits made throughout a booking will automatically apply once the booking has ended. A credit will be applied to all eligible cancellations. Though, a refund can be issued if a credit is not preferred.

  3. Must have a valid credit/debit card or bank account on file.
